Sporran Picture Photograph
This is a picture of a traditional sporran. The sporran, or purse, is commonly made of leather for day wear; the head and skin of the badger, seal, ermine or other light and dark coloured skins for evening (or for those with a little extra money). The kilt having no pockets, the sporran was evolved by simple necessity. ![]() The images on this page are copyright free for personal use ONLY.
