Trippa alla Lombarda
This recipe is nice when served hot with cheese.

- Tripe - 1/2 kg
- Cabbage Chopped - 300 gm
- Fagioli di Spagna - 100 gm
- Onion - 1
- Stock cubes
- Olive Oil
- Pepper - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
In a large pan add the chopped tripes , and chopped cabbage to the pan and boil with water. add the stock cubes, chopped lardo, chopped onions and beans. Mix all the items gently. Cook on low flame. Add the salt and pepper. Can add chilli paste if desired. Cook till the water is absorbed fully. Fry for another 2 mins and Serve.
