Spring Fruit Soup

This is a fruit soup great to be served in the summer. You can serve this soup for breakfast or brunch.
For US to UK equivalents see this rough guide

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 can orange fruit punch
  • 8 cloves
  • 2 inch cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp lemon juic
  • 3 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 3 bananas

Method:

In a large pan boil half of orange juice and add cloves and cinnamon. Boil on low heat for 6-8 min.

In a small cup mix the remaining juice and cornstarch to make a smooth paste. Add this mix to the pan. Boil until the mixture turns thick.

Turn off the heat, add lemon juice and spices. Take in to a bowl and keep in fridge to make it chilled.

If desired take out the cloves and cinnamon from the soup.

Garnish with fruits slices and strawberries and serve.
