Spicy Potato puree
These potato recipe uses fresh potatoes and a lot of hot spices. Onions and chillies add a zesty twist to a classic recipe.

- 8 potatoes
- 2 pint milk
- 2 onions
- Red chillie paste
- 2 tbsp pepper
- Salt to taste
Wash and boil the potatoes until cooked. Peel the skin off and mash the potatoes.
In a pan melt the butter and add milk. Once the milk boils add the potatoes to the pan. Cook for 5 min.
When the milk gets thick add salt and pepper to taste. Add the grated cheese if desired.
Serve hot with main course.
