Spicy Lebanese Chicken
A spicy chicken dish with a spicy sauce, best served over rice and accompanied with beans. Hot pepper and garlic adds more flavour to the recipe.

- 1 kg chicken
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 8 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- Coriander & lemon to garnish
In a pan heat the oil and fry the chopped chicken pieces for 5 min until golden brown. Take chicken out in to a bowl and keep aside.
Add chopped tomatoes, peppers, chopped onions, chopped garlic to the pan. Fry them until the tomatoes and onions become tender.
Add the chicken to the pan and mix well. Cook for 10-12 min.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 min and serve hot.
