Spanish Spicy Garlic Prawns
This delicious fried prawn recipe is from Spain and uses the pure olive oil. The sharp, fiery taste of chillie peppers and the strong flavour of onions go well together.

- 500 g large prawns
- 4 red chillies
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 6 crushed garlic cloves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Fry the prawns in the oil for 5 min. Take them out and place on kitchen paper to drain oil.
Add chopped garlic and fry for 2 min. Add pepper and salt to the pan. Add chilli paste, spices and fry for 2 min.
Add the prawns and mix well.
Serve hot with sauce and rice.
