Spicy Chicken Salad
A very simple and pure salad. You can add more spices or decrease the heat if desired.

- 1/2 kg chicken
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and fish sauce for 15 min.
In a frying pan fry the chicken till golden, remove it into a bowl and set aside to chill.
Add chopped onions to the pan and fry them till transparent. Add the sauce onions, stir in chopped coriander, fish sauce, lemon juice, fish sauce and sugar.
Add the chicken to the sauce, let it simmer and serve hot.
Can be garnished with chopped parsley.
