Spicy Chicken Paprika
A chicken recipe for sauteed chicken breasts served with a spicy vegetable and paprika sauce. Serve with rice or potatoes.

- 1 kg chicken
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp pepper
- 5 tbsp chicken fat
- 1 cup onions, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 cup hot water
Chop the chicken and season with flour, salt, and pepper. Keep it aside for 3 hrs to marinate.
Fry the chicken until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan, add paprika and pour water. Simmer the paprika till heated through and put back the chicken.
Cover the lid and cook under low heat for 30-40 minutes.
Serve it hot or keep in fridge for a few days.
