Spicy Chicken Curry

The spicy flavors of curry, onions and garlic combine with chicken in this delicious recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 apples
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Water
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 5 onions, finely chopped
  • Salt & pepper
  • 5 tbsp parsley
  • Grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp ginger powder
  • 3 tbsp Curry powder
  • 2 cups coconut milk


Method:

Cut the chicken into pieces and fry it in oil to get golden brown.

Add water and simmer until the chicken is done. Drain the water.

Fry onions, garlic, tomatoes, parsley, apples in low heat. Add ginger,sugar and curry powder. Sprinkle with flour and pour in coconut milk.

Add chicken and fry for 20 minutes in medium heat.

Serve it hot with rice.
