Thai Food and Drink Ideas
Beef is cooked with Asian seasonings and oriental style vegetables. This beef is best served with rice and salad.

- 1/2 kg beef
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp sherry
- 2 tbsp sugar
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
Cut the beef into pieces and mix with soy sauce and oil. Add corn starch and stir well.
Mix soy sauce with vinegar, sherry, sugar and salt.
In a pan heat some oil and add meat. Fry vigorously stirring it for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce mixture to the meat and cook it until meat is done well.
Garnish with coriander.
