Indonesian Food and Drink Ideas
This delicious Indonesian soda bread uses currants cream for extra flavour and makes a quick snack or dessert.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup dried currants
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup buttermilk
In a bowl combine baking soda, salt, sugar, flour, and stir them well. Add currants to the dough, add the buttermilk and mix well.
Shape the dough in a flat round pie, add cookies on top and bake on regular bake cycle.
Bake until the top is golden brown.
