Swordfish steaks are cubed, marinated in lemon, and skewered with onion wedges. Serve swordfish skewers with lemon and onion wedges.

- 2 cups Swordfish meat
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp each, parsley and onion, chopped
Remove the skin from swordfish chunks and cut them into pieces. Add the fish in flour, salt, pepper, lemon juice and marinate. Leave fish aside for 2-3 hours.
Slice tomatoes. Arrange the fish and tomatoes on the skewers. Grill them on low heat till they are golden brown.
Brush with olive oil and once ready, serve skewers with lemon wedges.
