Recipe Ingredients:

  • 5 apples
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream

Clean the apples. Take the middle seeds out without cutting the apple.

In a deep pan place the apples upside down and add water so that it covers half the height of the apples.

Add 1 cup sugar and boil the water for 10-12 min.

Turn the apples on the other side and boil for another 10 min.

Take the apples out and pour the sugar in the core. Bake them at 200C for 10 mins. When take the apples out when you see the brown crust over them.

Keep apples in fridge for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
