Thai Food and Drink Ideas
This is a delicious stewed pork with pineapple, coconut and soy sauce. Cook this Thai recipe and serve over rice.

- 1/2 kg pork fillets
- 200 g canned pineapple pieces
- 300 ml coconut milk
- Cooking oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp red Curry paste
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
In a pan heat the oil and fry the curry paste for 2-3 min. Add chopped pork and fry for another 10 min.
Pour in the coconut milk and mix well. On low heat cook for 1/2 hour or till the pork is cooked fully.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add pineapple pieces and serve hot.
