Orange & Lettuce Salad
This is a delicious light salad that works perfectly well as a lunch main course or an appetizer.

- 1 Romaine lettuce
- 6 radishes
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 cup dill, chopped
- 1 cup Moroccan olives
- 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp red peppers
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Slice fennel into thin slices. Wash the lettuce and combine the lettuce, fennel and orange bits in a bowl.
Add radishes and olives to the mix and toss well.
Add olive oil, pepper and salt to taste. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Serve with breadsticks or pita bread.
