Muh Pad Johd

This easy-to-make recipe takes about half-hour to prepare, and your guests will go crazy over it! Sweet and spicy, made with juicy pork and tender babycorns, this is a great meal for all occasions.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg pork
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp oil for cooking
  • 400 g babycorn
  • 3 spring onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sugar


Method:

Combine fish, meat, salt, pepper, soy sauce, lemon juice and keep aside overnight to marinate.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the meat and fry till it is almost cooked, approximately for 5-6 min. Add the chopped baby corn and continue frying.

Cook until the chicken is fully done.

Add the chopped spring onions and stir well. Serve immediately.

Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
