Russian Food and Drink Ideas
This is a delicious mashed potato recipe made with milk and butter and baking potatoes with a hint of pepper.

- 1/2 kg potatoes
- 1/2up butter
- 100 ml milk
- 5 tbsp pepper
- Salt to taste
Chop large potatoes or keep them whole if they are small. Boil potatoes in a pan of water.
Peel the potatoes and mash them adding gradually milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the potatoes well and serve as a side dish with meat or fish course of your choice.
