Lemon Jelly Apples
This is a delicious apple recipe, made with apples, sugar, brandy and lemon juice, which makes the traditional apple taste more zesty. Serve these with whipped cream on special occasions.

- 5 apples of your choice, same size
- 5 tbsp fructose
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3 tbsp brandy -
- 5 tbsp lemon jelly, such as Jell-O
Clean the apples and peel the skin. Take the middle seeds out without cutting the apple. Put inside fructose and a few drops of brandy.
Wrap each apple in the aluminum foil and sprinkle some lemon juice on top of each apple. You can add cinnamon powder if desired.
Close the foil, place the apple on the oven-proof dish and bake the apples for 30 min in a oven at 400 F.
Serve apples with lemon jelly.
