Kebabs with Chicken

This is an excellent dish to whip up for unexpected guests or for a quick weekday meal. Enjoy with your favorite grilled vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Green Pepper - 1 tbsp Minced
  • Onions Cut in to Inch pieces - 3(parlty boiled)
  • Skewers - To Grill


Method:

Cut the chicken in cubes. In a bowl combine chicken with olive oil, lemon, cinnamon, garlic, salt and pepper. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinade.

Let the chicken stand at room temperature for 30 min before grilling.

Arrange the chicken on skewers, place onions and peppers in between cubes. Grill them until golden brown.

Serve kebabs with pita bread and green salad.
