Italy Food and Drink Ideas
This is the most famous dressing used in the most popular Italian recipes, such as salads and pasta salads. Great for dipping!

- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp finely chopped Onion
- 2 cups water
- 3 tbsp apple juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 2tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp chopped dried basil
- 1 tbsp crushed dried oregano
- 1/2 tbsp ground white pepper
- 2 cups artichoke hearts, chopped
Blend all the ingredients in a bowl. Put the bowl in a cool place or a fridge for 1 hour. Serve chilled with whole grain breadsticks or garlic bread.
