Horseradish sauce and Eggs
This is a classic Russian holiday recipe that works well as an appetizer or a snack. You can make more eggs to serve more people!

- 5 boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp horseradish, grinded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Cut the boiled eggs in halves.
In a bowl combine the remaining items and stir them well. Keep the mixture in a fridge for 20 mins.
When the mix becomes thick, put a generous spoonful on top of egg halves and serve.
