A pleasant soup recipe from Italy

- Potato Pieces - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1/2 Cup
- Carrot - 1/2 cup
- Parsley roots - 1/4 cup
- Miced Leek - 2 tbsp
- Turnips - 1/2 tbsp
- Tomato finely chopped - 2 tbsp
- Fried Bread pieces - 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces. In a deep pan add water and salt , add the vegetables to the salty water. Cook until the vegetables become very soft. Cook for 30 – 40 min.
Take the vegetables out and boil the stock again until the stock becomes very thick. In a pan, fry bread pieces and add these bread pieces to the soup and serve hot. Can season with pepper and sauces if desired.
