Thai Food and Drink Ideas
This is a nice seafood curry recipe which typically is served with boiled rice. Seafood curries are often popular in areas where (unsurprisingly) fresh fish is available and this curried dish brings out the delicate flavours of the prawns

- Prawns - 500gms
- Oil to fry
- Garlic Cloves Chopped - 3
- White Pepper - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Fry the prawns in the oil for 5 mins then remove them out from oil and add chopped garlic and fry for 2 mins. Add pepper and salt to the pan. Add the prawns and mix well.
Commonly served with a garlic chilli sauce according to persoanl taste. Serve hot with sauce.
