  • 1 shallot (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter
  • Fresh cream
  • Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Ground pepper - 3 tbsp

Method:

In a bowl add fish pieces and mix them with salt and pepper and leave aside to marinade. After ½ hour in a frying pan add olive oil and butter to it. Fry the fish pieces in the oil until they are golden brown. Once they are fried add the chopped onions and fry until the onions are tender.

Season according to taste. Add the fish in to the onions. Cook for another 10 to 15 mins. Add the cream on top and serve with sauces. Garnish the dish as desired.
