Egg with MeatBalls Soup

An unusual soup (at least to western tastes) whcih is made with a mixture of meat Balls and egg.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Onion Chopped - 1
  • Almonds - 1/2 cup
  • Vermicelli - 1 cup
  • Hot Water - 8 cups
  • Connamon - 1 tbsp
  • Saffron - 1/2 tbsp
  • Eggs - 3
  • Meat - 500 gm
  • Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
  • Coriander - 2 tbsp chopped
  • Parsley Chopped - 1 tbsp


Method:

Take a pan and add oil to it. Add some onions to the oil and fry them until the onions are soft and turn in to golden brown. Add butter , salt, pepper, cinnamon, saffron to the onions. Add almonds and fry for 5 mins. Add water and cook for 10 mins.

In a bowl add the meat , onions and egg to the mixture. Add coriander to the meat . Make meat balls. Fry the meat balls till they are golden brown. Add the meat balls to sauce, which is prepared. Boil for 15 min. add egg and chopped parsley to the mixture.

When serving garnish with lemon juice. And Serve it Hot.
