Chinese Food and Drink Ideas
Traditional Chinese soup recipe which can be served at all occassions. Serve it hot.

- Chicken Stock - 5 cups
- Beaten Eggs - 2
- Onions Minced - 3
- White pepper - 2 tbsp
- Salt to Taste
- Sesame Oil - 1 tbsp
Take a deep pan and add the chicken stock to it. Boil the stock for 10 min. Add salt and pepper and sesame oil to the stock. Cook for 5 min. Add eggs to the soup. Stir the mixture for couple of mins. Stir thoroughly until the egg ribbons are formed. Once done garnish with onions and sauce and serve hot.
