Egg Lemon Soup
Mediteranean soup recipe which should be served hot.

- Egg Yolks - 3
- Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
- Soup(Any) - 2cups
Take a bowl and add egg yokes and beat them thoroughly. Add lemon juice and corn flour to the egg mixture. Mix for 2 min and add the prepared soup (traditionally tomato based) to the egg mixture. Boil the soup and make it warm. Serve it hot.
