Cucumber Veg Salad

Great and Easy Salad. Can be served at lunch and dinner.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers - 3
  • Salt
  • Clove garlic - 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 2tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 /2 tbsp


Method:

For the Cucumber Salad, cut the cucumbers in to thin slices, add salt and leave for 30-40 to marinade. Whilst the salt should have absorbed most of the the liquid, squeeze cucumber slices to remove any excess. Add salt, sesame seeds and pepper, sugar, cucumbers and crushed garlic in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
