Thai Food and Drink Ideas
This Soup is a traditional corn soup reciep from Thailand.

- Onions - 2
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Corn - 1 1/2 Cup
- Coconut milk - 1/2 litre
- Fish Sauce - 3 tbsp
- Rice Vinegar - 1 tbsp
In a frying pan heat the oil and add the finely chopped onions. Fry them until golden brown. Add corn and fry for another 2 mins. Add the some coconut milk and water. Boil them for 20-25 mins. Until the corn becomes very smooth.
Take out from the heat and mash the onions and the corns. Add this to the other half of the coconut milk. Cook this mixture for 15 min and allow the liquid to boil. Serve it hot.
