Chili Beef Soup
This is a very spicy soup recipe from Korea. Tasty Soup and great to have in all occassion. Serve Hot.

- Braising Beef - 1/2 kg
- Water - 6 Cup
- Sesame Oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 tbsp
- Chilli Powder - 2tbsp
- Green Onions - 1 Cup
- Toasted Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- White Pepper - 2 tbsp
- Dark soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Clean the beef and cut in to small pieces. Add water to a pan and add the beef. Boil it on low heat for 90 min until the beef is cooked properly. Take a frying pan and add sesame oil to it. Add chili powder , green onions and garlic to it. Fry them for 4-5 mins.
Add sugar, pepper, sesame seeds, Soya sauce and fry for 5 min. add the stock from the meat and boil on low heat for 30 min. Season with sauces and pepper and serve it hot.
