Chinese Food and Drink Ideas
This is one of the most popular recipe from China. The dish would traditionally be taken as a starter but could also be used as a starter, snack or with salad.

- Chicken Wings - 10
- Water-chestnut flour - 1 Cup
- Oil - 4 cups
- Ginger Sauce - 1/2 Cup
- Coya Sauce - 1/8 Cup
- dry sherry - 1 /2 cup
- Spice powder - 3 tbsp
In a bowl add the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the chicken wings and marinate the wings for couple of hours. Take the wings out from the marinade and dip them in chestnut flour.
Add 1 cup of oil to a frying pan and add the chicken to the oil and fry them until the chicken is golden brown. Fry for 5-10 mins. Serve hot.
