Chicken Fillets

This is a great recipe of chicken and great way to have chicken. Its good as main dish or as a special occasion dish. Best way to serve is with chips and salad or in a bread sandwich.
For US to UK equivalents see this rough guide

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken fillet peices (cut into cubes)
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • Plain yoghurt - 1/2 kg
  • Peprika - 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:

In a big bowl add yogurt, paprika, oil, pepper , salt , chopped garlic and mix well. Add the chopped chicken cubes to the bowl and mix well and leave it aside for marinating. Marinade for 5-8 hours. Take a tray and grease it.

Add the chicken to the tray and cook for ½ hour till the chicken cooks properly and becomes tender. Turn the chicken on to the other side and cook for another 20 mins and take the chicken out from the oven. Serve hot with salad then garnish with sauces.

As with all recipes which involve cooking and baking a sensible approach must be taken especially when dealing with warm or hot (temperature) ingredients. If you are unable to take due care, please do not attempt to make any of these recipes. All recipes are tried at your own risk.
