Chicken & Egg Domburi
Nice recipe as a main dish. Very tasty one. The Sauces add more taste . can add spices if desired.

- Chicken breasts - 5
- Chicken bouillon - 1/2 cup
- Dark soya sauce - 4 tbsp
- Light soya sauce- 2 tbsp
- Dry sherry - 4 tbsp
- Scallions - 4
- Eggs - 5
In a large deep pan add the stock and boil it. After 5 mins, add the soya sauce, dry sherry, mirin, sugar. Boil for 10 –15 min. mean while chop the chicken breast into thin stripes. Add the chicken to the pan and on low heat cook for 10 min. add the scallions (or green onions) and cook for another 5 mins. in a small bowl beat eggs and pour this egg in to the pan and mix gently and cook for 5 more min. serve hot with rice.
