Cheese Cake

Cheese cakes are very popular desserts in Japan. This cake is not baked .These types of cold cheese cakes are served with fresh fruits or fruit sauces. It is very simple to make.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Cheese - 1 Cup ( Cream)
  • Graham Crackers - 1 Cup
  • Nutter - 4 tbsp
  • Plain Yogurt - 4 tbsp
  • Sugar - 6 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
  • Powder gelatine - 2 tbsp
  • Water


Method:

Take a bowl, add crushed graham crackers, butter and sugar. Mix them. Add this mixture to a baking dish. Add cheese to a bowl and make it smooth paste. Take a small bowl and add gelatine powder and water to it . Make it heat in microwave for a couple of mins. Add this gelatine mixture to the cheese cream. Add yogurt , lemon juice to it. Spread this mixture evenly in the crust. Refrigerate to make it cool for 5-6 hours. Ready to Serve.
