Cauliflower and Lamb Stew

This is nice to have as a main dish. This stew is healthy as it contains vegetable stock which is rich in proteins.Actually this fills the stomach.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Lamb - 1 kg
  • Cauliflower - 1 kg
  • Onions Cut int o slices - 2
  • Olive Oil - 1 cup
  • Tomatoes Finely Chopped - 4
  • Vegetable Stock - 1 Cup
  • Garlic Cloves - 2
  • Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper


Method:

In large pan add the olive oil and once the oil is hot add the onions. Fry the onions till they are tender. Add the chopped small pieces of lamb and fry with onions for 5 mins. add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and fry for 2-3 min. Add the cube, garlic and water. On low heat cook until the meat is done properly. In a pan add water and boil the cauliflower florets. On low heat add the florets to the lamb and cook for 10 mins. Serve hot.
