This is another variety of rice recipe. This is nice for vegetarians . This
rice is made of Rice mixed with cabbage. This is good for main course.
This can be taken at lunch and dinner also. This is good with a curry.

- Cabbage - 1
- Rice - 1 cup
- Olive Oil
- Onion - 1
- Tomatoes - 3
- Lemon Juice from 1 Lemon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
To a deep frying pan add oil and fry the chopped onions in the oil till they are golden brown. Add the sliced cabbage and fry 4-5 mins. Add the water and let the water to boil add the fresh chopped tomatoes and mix the cabbage and tomatoes well. Add salt, pepper and other spices and cook until the vegetables are cooked properly. Add the rice. Cook until the rice cooked and water is absorbed fully. Serve hot. Garnish with chopped carrots, chopped and fried onions, cashew nuts. Can serve yogurt.
