Swedish food and drink ideas
this is an unusual soup dish from Sweden. As with most soups, best served Hot.

- Bread - 250gm
- Onions - 3
- Plain Flour - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Stock - 3 cups
- Pepper - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Take the bread and slice the bread. The slices should come out very thin. Take a pan and add butter. Once butter is melted add onions, Slices and fry them till golden brown. Add flour. Add stock to the onion mixture and add salt, nutmeg and pepper and cook for 20-25 mins. Once done strain the soup and cook for another 5 mins. Serve it hot with cheese if desired.
