Mediterranean Food And Drink Ideas
This is a typical Mediteranean dish which is served in various countries throughout that region. Seafood is plentiful and available and most of the better resorts will have at least oen good seafood restaurant serving this recipe.

- Crawfish - 1 kg per person
- Egg - 1
- Lemon Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Note. NEVER boil crawfish straight from frozen. In a container add water , vinegar and salt and boil the water for 15 mins. When the water gets boiled add the crawfish and boil for another 10 min. Once done keep it aside and let it cool. After ½ hour strain the water using a sieve and cool them. Serve them in a plate garnished with boiled egg, lemon wedges and sauces.
