Thai Food and Drink Ideas
Barbecue is a great and popular type of cooking. Chicken which is barbecued is often moist and tasty to eat. However, you must take special care to ensure that the meat is fully cooked through. This can be served as a main dish or as "finger food" at (unsuprisingly) a barbeque.
For US to UK equivalents see this rough guide
- Chicken Breast - 1/2 kg
- Garlic Cloves - 2
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 3 tbsp

In a bowl add chicken, chopped garlic, honey, pepper, chilli paste, soya sauce and mix well. And keep aside to marinade. You need to marinade for 8-9 hours. Take a baking dish and add the chicken mixture and grill for 40 min at 200 F. Serve hot with salad and sauces.
As with all recipes which involve cooking and baking a sensible approach must be taken especially when dealing with warm or hot (temperature) ingredients. If you are unable to take due care, please do not attempt to make any of these recipes. All recipes are tried at your own risk.
