Lebanese Food & Drink Ideas
This Fish Recipe dish, is traditioanlly served as a main dish at lunch or dinner. It is also used fr special occasions such as christenings, weddings feasts or birthdays.

- Haddock fish - 3 lbs
- Oilve Oil - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onions - 4 Large
- Water - 1/2 Cup
- Sesame oil 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Clean and remove the bones from the fish. Cut in to pieces. In a frying pan add oil and fry the fish till they are golden brown. Add the chopped onions and cook until the onions are lightly golden brown. Take a baking pan and add the fish and onion mixture to it. Add water and sesame oil. Season with lemon juice to the fish. Bake the fish for 30 min at 250 F. Serve hot.
