For US to UK equivalents see this rough guide

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Apple Juice - 6 Cups
  • Eggs - 3
  • Egg Yokes - 3
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 cup
  • Fructose - 75 gm
  • Cherries - 1 cup (sliced / Chopped)

Method:

Take a pan and add apple juice to it. Add the cinnamon and boil the mixture for 15-20 min on medium fire. When you see the apple juice is reduced to half reduce to low heat and boil the mixture until it becomes very thick and brown in colour. Make them in to small equal parts. Take the Eggs and add fructose and mix them thoroughly until they fluff. Add the rest of the apple juice and make it to boil. Add the egg mixture to the pan and mix it thoroughly. Add this mixture to the apple parts and bake them for 40 min in a preheated oven at 300 F. Take them out once baked and keep in fridge to cool. Keep at least for 3 hours. Add dry fruits or cherries and serve.

As with all recipes which involve cooking and baking a sensible approach must be taken especially when dealing with warm or hot (temperature) ingredients. If you are unable to take due care, please do not attempt to make any of these recipes. All recipes are tried at your own risk.
